Britain in the EU – Policy priorities for Britain’s membership of the European Union (9 June 2011)

The European Movement together with the Conservative Europe Group, the Labour Movement for Europe and the Liberal Democrat European Group is organising a cross-party discussion on ‘Britain in the EU’.

The event aims to bring together activists from all three parties and European Movement members to discuss the policy areas that should form the core of Britain ’s membership of the EU and share views on the issues that dominate the debate on European integration.

The discussion will feature presentations from:

John Bowis, Chairman of the Conservative Europe Group,

David Schoibl, Chairman of Labour Movement for Europe,

Phil Bennion, Chairman of the Liberal Democrat European Group.

Petros Fassoulas, Chairman of the European Movement in London , will moderate the discussion.
